This policy explains cookies and similar technologies used by the ZaderFlo Systems website. It supplements our Privacy Policy. It does not describe the separate technology choices of websites ZaderFlo builds for clients.

Necessary consent storage

Our self-hosted cookie preference tool uses the first-party cookie cookieconsent_status to remember whether you accepted or rejected optional resources. It is set on this website, has path /, and is configured to expire after 365 days unless you clear it earlier. The value records your consent choice, not a cross-site advertising identifier. This storage is used so we can respect your choice when you return.

Optional third-party resource

If you click Accept, our BBB accreditation seal image may load from seal-sanjose.bbb.org. Requesting that image can disclose technical information such as your IP address and browser details to BBB. If you do not accept, the image is not requested; a text link to our BBB profile is available instead. Clicking a link to BBB opens a separate website under its own privacy practices.

These rules also apply to the publicly accessible /audit and /catalyst pages. The /catalyst page uses browser session storage to remember whether the introductory animation has played in the current session. This is functional storage, not cross-site tracking. The /audit form sends inquiry details to Formspree only when you submit it.

The consent script, its stylesheet, and the website fonts are served from our own website rather than third-party CDN or font services. Optional external resources must not load before you affirmatively accept. Selecting Reject does not enable optional third-party resources.

Analytics and advertising

We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, retargeting pixels, or browser-side visitor analytics on this website. Cloudflare Web Analytics/RUM, Cloudflare Zaraz, and Lovable visitor analytics are disabled in the reviewed configuration. Our hosting and security providers may still process ordinary requests, IP addresses, and technical logs needed to deliver and protect the site. If our practices change, this policy and our consent controls must be updated before optional technologies are activated.

Contact form and external links

Formspree processes contact-form information only if you decide to submit the form. Form submission is a separate, user-initiated communication, not an advertising or analytics preference. The information you provide and related technical data may be transmitted to Formspree and delivered to ZaderFlo for a response, as described in our Privacy Policy. Visiting a linked external site may subject you to that site's own cookies and privacy practices.

How to change your choice

Use the discreet Cookie Settings tab on this website to reopen the choice panel. Revoking an earlier acceptance prevents subsequent optional requests from our website, but cannot undo an external request already made. Clearing this site's cookies in your browser will also reset your remembered choice. Consent is specific to the browser and device in which it was given.
